Upon realizing I had left behind some belongings, the staff promptly retrieved them and returned them to me, showcasing their exceptional service. the ironing facilities in the room were a lifesaver, ensuring my outfits were pristine for each day of exploring. the room's heating and air conditioning provided perfect comfort, allowing me to relax after a day of surfing. the complimentary tea and coffee facilities added a homely touch, enhancing my overall experience at this eco-friendly gem in Melbourne.
